You are so pationate
To find
The apathy of the mind
But what you lack
Is an ease and flair
Of the ability not to care
You wish you could let
Your feelings go
Bury them all deep below
But your heart
Holds fast
To the things that happened in your past
Your mother kissing
Your brothers brow
Haunts your dreams even now
Hiding what you hate
Won't chase your woe
It shall only make it grow
Until you face the pain
And let it become real
You will never know how to feel
To find
The apathy of the mind
But what you lack
Is an ease and flair
Of the ability not to care
You wish you could let
Your feelings go
Bury them all deep below
But your heart
Holds fast
To the things that happened in your past
Your mother kissing
Your brothers brow
Haunts your dreams even now
Hiding what you hate
Won't chase your woe
It shall only make it grow
Until you face the pain
And let it become real
You will never know how to feel
